The Strapi support team needs your Internal/Debug name in order to locate your project and perform any actions, note that this name differs from your Display Name which is only used for your own reference and the support team cannot look up your project using this name.
While in your Strapi Cloud dashboard, click on the project you want to find the name for as so:
Once you have opened the project, click on settings as so:
Finally within the Settings > General tab at the bottom you will see the Debug/Internal name:
