How to share your Strapi Cloud project with team members

You can add team members to your Strapi Cloud project using the share feature. Each team member receives maintainer rights, which include the ability to:

  • Modify project settings and configurations

  • Trigger new deployments when needed

  • Perform general project maintenance tasks

Important

Team member permissions are fixed and cannot be modified. While maintainers can manage many aspects of your Strapi Cloud project, they cannot:

  • Delete the project

  • Add or remove team members

  • Access your connected Git repository

  • Modify permission levels

  • Access the Strapi Admin panel directly
