View your Strapi feature license Invoices

Strapi feature license invoices are available to the email that purchased the license only. If you are unsure of who purchased the license please open a ticket with us and we can look this up for you.

  1. Open the following Chargebee login page and enter your email

  2. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your email address

  3. Enter this OTP into the interface to login

  4. From here you will be able to view your purchases; locate your purchase that you want the invoice for

  5. Once you navigate to the purchase, you will be able to see the invoices under Billing History
