How can I see my Strapi Enterprise or Growth invoice?

View your Strapi feature license invoices

Invoices are available to the email that purchased the license only. If you're unsure who purchased the license, open a ticket and we can look it up for you.

  1. Go to billing.strapi.io and enter your email address.

  2. Enter the verification code sent to that email. If your email is linked to more than one billing account, select the relevant account before continuing.

  3. Open the Invoices tab.

  4. Locate your invoice and click the download icon to save it as a PDF.

Invoices show one of four statuses: Paid, Pending, Unpaid, or Voided. Unpaid invoices do not retry automatically.
