What payment terms are available for Strapi licenses?

Growth subscriptions

Growth subscriptions are fully self-service. All billing is managed at billing.strapi.io. Sign in with the email address used to purchase the license. The portal uses email verification (a one-time code), not a password.

From the portal you can:

• Activate a trial or paid subscription

• Adjust seats and the SSO add-on

• Add, update, or remove payment methods

• View and download invoices as PDFs

• Cancel or reactivate a subscription

VAT exemption is available for eligible businesses in the EU, UK, Canada, and India by providing a valid VAT ID in the Billing Details tab. US accounts are subject to state-based sales tax calculated from your billing address.

Enterprise subscriptions

Enterprise Edition licenses default to annual payments. Custom terms are available based on your specific needs. Contact sales@strapi.io to discuss options.

Cloud subscriptions

Cloud subscription billing is managed from the Strapi Cloud dashboard. Cloud subscriptions appear in billing.strapi.io but are view-only there. Plan changes and cancellations are made in the Cloud dashboard.
