How do I cancel my Strapi Cloud subscription?

Follow these steps to cancel your subscription and delete your project:

Warning

This will permanently remove all data and assets

  1. Navigate to the Strapi Cloud dashboard

  2. Select your project

  3. Go to Settings

  4. Find the Delete project option at the bottom of the page

  5. Confirm project deletion

If you encounter any technical difficulties following these steps, you can contact Strapi support for assistance with project deactivation. However, you must still be the project owner to request this help.

Important

Only the project owner can delete a project or cancel a subscription. Our support team cannot process deletion requests from other users.

If the project owner is unavailable:

  • Contact your bank or payment provider

  • Request to:

    • Cancel the associated payment card

    • Stop recurring payments

For security reasons, there are no exceptions to this policy. Project deletion requires verification from the registered project owner's email address.
