The pricing model at Strapi is based on the number of Admin users. An Admin user is anyone who has the ability to log into your Strapi admin panel. You can add as many users as you wish to your Strapi project. We apply the true-up rule so that you pay only what you use and keep things simple.
What's the true-up rule?
We make an annual adjustment to your account at the renewal. There is a yearly adjustment ("true-up") amount to adjust estimated costs to actual expenditures.
As an example, let's say you purchase an entreprise license for 2 users at the beginning of your project. During the project's development, you add 2 more users. You can either pay for these new users using the customer portal, or during upon renewal, we will adjust the price of your license accordingly.
If the account has had more billable admin users than the subscription at any time during the prior subscription period, these admin users over the license will be due at the time of renewal.
