We offer two levels of implementation support:

1. Basic implementation (included in your license cost)

  • Covers activation and adoption of Enterprise paid features

2. Full implementation (one-time additional fee)

  • Covers the entire project scope, not just paid features

What's included in the implementation process?

Kick-off call / Basic implementation

When you begin your Strapi Enterprise subscription, an Implementation Manager will schedule a 45-minute kick-off call to:

  • Understand your company, use case, and project scope

  • Identify key features you plan to implement:

    • Single Sign-On (SSO)

    • Workflows

    • Audit logs

    • Content versioning

    • Support services

    • Releases

  • Provide feature overview and best practices

  • Set a clear implementation timeline

  • Define points of contact

  • Add team members to the Strapi Helpdesk for technical support

Demo and implementation support / Full implementation

After the initial call, we schedule a detailed demo and implementation session, where we:

  • Provide hands-on guidance for setting up paid features

  • Walk through best practices tailored to your use case

  • Answer technical implementation questions

  • Ensure your team can fully utilize Strapi's capabilities

Check-in and follow-up / Full implementation

In the final phase, we:

  • Validate everything is working as expected

  • Address outstanding concerns

  • Ensure successful implementation of all Enterprise features

  • Gather feedback and provide additional guidance
