Changing account or password details for the support portal

Update your account details like name, email address, phone number or address, anytime by following these steps:

1. Select Edit profile from the menu bar.
2. Fill out the fields you wish to modify.
3. After you’ve added the updated details, click save changes.
4. You will receive an email from us to verify the changes.

If you would instead just like to change your password, you can do so at anytime by following these steps:

1. Select the Edit profile from the menu bar.
2. Fill in your Current password on the right side of the form.
3. Create a new password and fill in both the New password and Confirm password fields.
4. Click Change Password.
5. You will receive an email from us to verify the password change.

In case you have forgotten your password, click on the forgot password button and follow the instructions there.

Note: Once you verify the updated email details, you can resume your activities on your account.
