If you are wanting to cancel your Strapi Cloud Subscription and delete the project you can do so via the Strapi Cloud Dashboard and navigating to the settings of your project.
Here you will find the delete button and a confirmation that you understand that all of your data, assets, and the project will be deleted.
Deleting or cancelling the Strapi Cloud Project REQUIRES the project owner to do so, the Strapi support team WILL NOT delete or cancel a project without the Project Owner's approval via their email address registered with us.
If the owner of your project is not available we would advise contacting your bank or payment handler to either cancel the card or put a stop payment in.
There is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS to this.
